A comprehensive grant management system built for LATUN, an organization focused on coastal and marine conservation in Indonesia. The platform handles the full lifecycle of grant programs — from publishing calls for proposals to disbursement, reporting, and compliance.
Interfaces
Section titled “Interfaces”Two distinct interfaces serve different user roles:
Admin Panel — Full control over programs, proposals, partners, and legal documents. Includes dashboard analytics, proposal review workflows, document verification, and automated generation of legal documents (SK, SPK, RAB, Surat Pernyataan).
Mitra (Partner) Portal — Institutions register, complete their profile, upload verification documents, browse available grant programs, and submit proposals through a 6-step wizard. After approval, partners manage reports and self-assessments through the same portal.

- Reporting & Self-Assessment — Partners submit periodic reports; self-assessment forms evaluate institutional capacity across leadership, HR, finance, and compliance
- Interactive Tour System — Context-aware guided tours that adapt to the user’s stage in the grant lifecycle
- Notification Engine — Real-time notifications for proposal status changes, document verification, and deadline reminders
